Drum Lid Vacuum Super Reverse Pump Out 60 cfm

The new Drum Lid Super Pump Out vacuum system is mounted on a standard galvanised lid and improves the reverse fluid pump out with out sacrificing safety. This model increases pressure inside the drum to a maximum of 8 psig and allows any built iup pressure to be released through an open vent inside the manifold. The vent is permanently open and is not controlled by a spring or mechanical valve thereby increasing the safety of the system.

The RDLV Super Reverse Pump Out features;

1. Reverse pressure screw down handle
2. Handle when screwed in blocks off one of the internal exhaust valves
3. Pressure builds up inside drum (max 8 psig) and is released through the second open exhaust
4. Reverse pump out valve that directs compressed air through the reverse jet ports
5. Vacuum valve for normal fluid vacuum mode
6. Pressure release vents on side of silencer housing

This drum lid vacuum is a twin venturi system bolted to a galvanised steel lid with stainless steel socket bolts and suits Australian 205 steel drums.  The system produces high vacuum and is ideal aas a spoill control unit for oils, chemicals, bilge, salt water and most non flammable fluids.
