Option 2: Air operated drum pumps — from $845
Choose your oil transfer pump
Option 1

Drum Top Vac 120 CFM – Fluid High Power
Sits on top of an open drum. High-vacuum venturis for heavy oil, sludge and coolant. 5 m water lift. Vacuum only.
$3,995
Option 2

Air operated drum pumps
Screw into a closed or open top steel drum. 20, 30 or 60 CFM, vacuum only or two-way reverse pump out, standard or UKCA/ATEX.
From $845
Which one? Choose the Drum Top Vac for thick oil, sludge and the heaviest fluids, where maximum suction matters. Choose a drum pump for a lower-cost unit that fits into the bung of a standard drum, when you need the drum to pump back out (two-way models), or for hazardous areas (UKCA/ATEX models).
Option 1 – Drum Top Vac 120 CFM Fluid High Power
Drum Top Vac – 120 CFM alloy – Fluid High Power. $3,995 including GST.
The Drum Top Vac turns a standard steel drum into a high powered oil transfer and fluid recovery vacuum. The Fluid High Power model is built for heavy liquids: special high-vacuum venturis in the alloy power head deliver 100–120 CFM of ultra high suction, enough to pull thick oil, sludge and coolant through the hose as well as water and a wide range of wet and dry industrial waste.
It runs on compressed air, so there is no electric motor, no cord and no moving parts to wear out or create a spark. The alloy head and yellow alloy silencer shroud keep it light at 14 kg, with plastic internal components. It is supplied with either plastic or metal camlock fittings. Float valves shut the vacuum off automatically when the drum is full.
This unit is vacuum only, with no reverse capability. The Drum Top Vac range also includes reversible two-way models that pump the drum back out, and explosion-proof ATEX versions for hazardous areas — ask us if you need either.

Option 2 – Air operated drum pumps
Spillrite air operated drum pumps, from $845 including GST. A compact compressed-air pump that screws into a closed or open top steel drum and turns it into a fluid recovery vacuum. No electricity and no moving parts to wear or spark. A chrome float valve shuts the vacuum off automatically when the drum is full.
Twelve models: 20, 30 and 60 CFM; vacuum only, or two-way with reverse pump out so the drum empties through the same hose; each in a standard build or a UKCA/ATEX build for flammable fluids and hazardous areas.
- 20 CFM — low air consumption fluid recovery
- 30 CFM — rapid spill control
- 60 CFM — sludge, mud and thick oil
