Industrial vacuumsair operated and electric.

Two ranges, built in Australia since 2007 — air-operated units for hazardous and continuous-duty work, and electric units where mains power is the practical choice. Both made to order and matched to your material.

Range one

Air operated

ATEXUKCA EXHEPA H-Class
Spillrite ATEX certified air-operated industrial vacuum

No motor and no electrical path — suction comes from compressed air through a venturi, so there is nothing to arc, spark or overheat. 20 to 400 CFM across the range, with certified variants for classified zones and no duty cycle to respect on continuous recovery.

Range two

Electric industrial

240V2000–3000W38 & 50mm
Spillrite Drum Vac Electric industrial vacuum

Where the area is unclassified and mains power is already there, an electric unit is simpler and cheaper to run than feeding a compressor. The Drum Vac Electric range mounts to a standard drum in 2000 W and 3000 W, in 38 mm and 50 mm, wet and dry.

Why air-operated

01
Nothing to ignite
Suction comes from compressed air through a venturi. There is no motor, no brushes and no electrical path — so nothing to arc, spark or overheat around combustible dust or flammable vapour.
02
Runs all shift
An electric motor on continuous heavy recovery will thermal-cut or burn out. An air-operated head has no duty cycle to respect and will run as long as the compressor holds.
03
Built to the job
Cyclone pre-separation, float valves, reverse pump-out, HEPA and H class filtration, anti-static hose — specified against your material rather than sold as a fixed box.

The range

Nine families of air-operated recovery equipment, all made to order.
