How the unit is built
- Pneumatic power head — silenced with a mild steel shroud. Internal baffles keep the sound signature very low without affecting the performance of the single or twin venturis.
- Stainless steel tank — useful across many industries, including food.
- Anti-static explosion-proof suction hose — supplied with every unit.
- Floor tool — 450 mm wide squeegee.
- Wand — chromed steel, two piece, 38 mm.
- Tipping tank — with a grounding chain.
- Wet or dry — the unit pictured can be configured either way.
The pneumatic power head is attached by stainless steel bolts to a powder-coated mild steel plate, which in turn attaches to the stainless steel tank.

What it picks up
This model is not rated for flammable fluids or explosive dusts. Models with EX in their code are certified for explosive dusts and flammable fluids.

The twin venturis on the 48, 100 and 180 CFM models give high power and high air flow in both wet and dry work. The stainless tank version can be configured as an explosion-proof model with anti-static hose and anti-static fittings, which suits fuels, oils, diesel, grains, explosive dust and flour.

Air-operated vacuums have no electrical components, which suits all explosion risk areas including Zones 1 and 2 (gas) and 21 and 22 (dust).
