Sand vacuum 580

A roots blower vacuum unit with a 200 litre capture tank and a separate filtration tank, built for sand and abrasive blast media recovery.

How the two-tank system works

The unit comes standard with a 75 mm suction hose and has a built-in separator under the lid that works with the dual tank setup. The main tank captures the sand; the second tank is the filtration unit.

1. Separation — the in-built separator drops the bulk of the media into the capture tank.
2. Primary filtration — a cartridge filter takes out the carryover.
3. Secondary filtration — a surrounding foam filter provides the third and final stage.
